Our Process

Four Steps to a Work-Ready Station

A structured process from requirements through on-site installation.

  1. 01

    Requirements

Discuss the space, display count, use and site constraints.

  2. 02

    Design and Engineering

Agree dimensions, component layout and finishes with your team.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing and Finishing

Cut, bend and weld the steel, then apply a powder-coated finish.

  4. 04

    Integration and Installation

Fit displays and computing equipment, test functionality and install on site.

Delivery & Installation

Every station is manufactured and tested in Israel. Within Israel, our team installs and commissions it on site. For projects further afield, the station ships ready to install, with setup guidance for your team or local contractor.

Custom Solutions

From Site Requirement to Finished Station

Every project starts from a space, workflow or operational need, moves through engineering and ergonomics, and ends in an integrated, durable working environment.

  1. 01

    Need

It begins with a room, a workflow or an operational need — with the dimensions, equipment and how the station will actually be used.

  2. 02

    Engineering

We translate the need into technical and ergonomic requirements, then engineer and manufacture the station around the project.

  3. 03

    Result

An integrated, durable and accessible working environment, installed on site and ready for daily use.

FAQ

Everything You Need to Know About Our Stations

Short answers to the questions people ask before ordering a station.

What does Softec Vision make?

Lecturer, control and display stations — technology furniture with the displays, controls and computing built in. They are used in lecture halls and classrooms, conference and exhibition spaces, control and operations rooms, and industrial and testing facilities.

Can a station be built to our exact requirements?

Yes. Every station is engineered around your space, equipment and workflow. You can customise the dimensions and working height, displays and AV equipment, finish and colour, cable management and access points, mobility (fixed base or locking casters), lockable storage and accessibility requirements.

How much does a station cost, and how long does it take?

Price and lead time depend on the model, the size and how much is customised, so every project is priced individually. Tell us about your space and when you need the station, and we will come back to you with a recommendation — a catalog model or a custom solution.

Can you build the station around equipment we already have?

Yes. Dimensions, displays and connections are specified around your space and equipment. Tell us which screens, computers and control equipment you use: cable routing and access points are designed in from the start rather than added on site.

Do you install the station, and do you deliver outside Israel?

Every station is manufactured and tested in Israel. Within Israel, our team installs and commissions it on site. For projects further afield, the station ships ready to install, with setup guidance for your team or local contractor.

What is the process, from first contact to installation?

Four steps: requirements (the space, display count, use and site constraints); design and engineering (dimensions, component layout and finishes, agreed with your team); manufacturing and finishing; and finally integration and on-site installation.

Are the stations accessible?

Accessibility is built into the design, not added afterwards. Where a project calls for it, we design stations at an accessible working height, with controls, microphone and connections placed within reach.

What are the stations made of?

Steel — cut, bent and welded to size, then finished with a durable powder coat. Cable runs stay inside the body, from a concealed access point to a clean work surface.

Does Your Space Need a Purpose-Built Station?
