Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Accessibility review date: 22 September 2026
We are committed to making this website accessible to all users. This page describes our approach, the standard we implement against, the measures taken and how to contact us about accessibility.
Our commitment
We treat accessibility as part of product quality. Our goal is that everyone can browse the catalog, understand the products and contact us, regardless of ability or assistive technology.
Standard and target
This website is designed and built to support the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as the implementation target. We implement against these criteria and improve the site on an ongoing basis. This statement is not a claim of full compliance, but a description of our approach and the measures taken.
Accessibility measures implemented
Measures implemented on the site include:
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading order and clear labels;
- Full support for Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR) with correct direction switching;
- Full keyboard operation of menus, filtering, gallery, comparison and dialogs;
- Focus trapping in dialogs and returning focus to the element that opened them;
- Visible focus indicators with sufficient contrast;
- Live announcements (aria-live) for state changes;
- Touch targets of at least 44 pixels where practical;
- Respect for the operating system “reduce motion” preference;
- Localized alternative text for images and lazy loading below the fold.
The accessibility tool on the site
The site includes an accessibility tool that lets you change text size, high contrast, link highlighting, a readable font and reduced motion. This tool is not a substitute for accessibility and does not automatically make the site “compliant.” We prioritize fixing the underlying website, and the tool is a convenience aid only. The tool itself is built to be accessible: it is keyboard operable, closes with the Escape key and returns focus.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some components may not be fully accessible, for example an optional 3D product view or embedded third-party content. We work toward continuous improvement. If you encounter a barrier, we welcome feedback so we can fix it.
Israeli standard
In Israel, accessibility requirements typically reference Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG. We implement against WCAG 2.2 AA as described above.
Implementation note: the formal applicable requirements (including the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations and IS 5568) and the details required in a formal statement should be verified with legal counsel before publication.
Feedback and contact
If you encountered an accessibility problem or have a suggestion for improvement, please contact us. We will do our best to respond within a reasonable time.
